Our 5 Point Guarantee
- We will attend site on the day and time stated in writing. If we fail to do this, then we will deduct 5% from your net invoice for that visit.
- If your pool or water feature goes green at any time we are maintaining it we will refund 50% of the cost of all chemicals used in maintaining the water quality the previous month.
