We provide a level of service to match your needs and budgets. We are able to offer a level of service to match your requirements be they daily visits to remove rubbish, debris or leaves in autumn, weekly visits to monitor and adjust chemical levels and back wash or clean filters, Monthly visits to maintain pumps, underwater lights and vacuum pools or Quarterley cleaning, Bi-Annual or Annual visits where we drain down pools and strip down equipment - generally the frequency of visits depends on the maintenance carried out by our clients own personnel. A local authority is often able to carry out the litter removal but not have the necessary skills in place to carry out the water quality testing and application of chemicals to keep the water clean and healthy. A concierge in an office or resedential block will not have the time to even worry about the Water Feature until a resident complains about it.

We take away all the problems and risks associated with your water feature, we will rectify any problems often with no additional expense and keep the feature working to the highest standard.

Our 5 Point Guarantee

• We will attend site on the day and time stated in writing. If we fail to do this, then we will deduct 5% from your net invoice for that visit.
• If your pool or water feature goes green at any time we are maintaining it we will refund 50% of the cost of all chemicals used in maintaining the water quality the previous month.
• There are NO hidden costs - there will be NO extras charges without prior consent from you.
• We will treat your property with due respect leaving it clean and tidy.
• our work is GUARANTEED for 2 years. If a part fails due to a fault with it or poor workmanship, we will replace it at no cost to you (subject to us maintaining the equipment).
